The Teddy Bear

My first vision was a simple one, just a visual image, a symbol of sorts. I saw a teddy bear on a merry-go-round. This early vision taught me something very important about my visions. In their pure form, they often don't tell me much. I sometimes have to meditate on the imagery in order to understand the message I am receiving through the images.

As I meditated on this image, I realized that, to me, taking a teddy bear on the merry-go-round when I was four years old was much like my thirty-six-year-old self bringing God into my life. It made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was enjoying the ride in an enhanced state of ease. But I felt like I needed to keep looking around to see if the other kids were noticing that I couldn't do it by myself.

I have taken many years to get comfortable enough with being a mystic, having visions, to make this material available to people I have never met. I am grateful for the many wonderful people who have encouraged me along the way. You will meet many of them as you read the stories of my visions.
