Sharyn Cerniglia’s Notes, Abraham-Hicks Caribbean Cruise,
March
13-20, 2010
[Abraham being sarcastic] We know…it feels better when you sacrifice
your Well-Being for a just cause.
Hang around in hopefulness and the vortex will sweep you in over and
over again.
Physical manifestation is old news, just a jumping off point for
what’s coming next.
We have no interest at all in intellectual ramblings. [me neither]
Contrast is a value judgment.
You can’t look forward and backward at the same time.
Life is supposed to be fun.
Strive for being 95% in the vortex and 5% out.
Feel as good as you can feel from where you are.
Step 1 = more thinking
Step 3 = more feeling
Then be as specific as you can be and still feel good.
[Abraham mentioned that Louise Hay had told Esther that Louise teaches
the babies…this is what I wrote in response to that.]
I don’t want to teach the babies; I want to co-create (play) with
those who already *know*.
The more removed you are from the nitty-gritty of the problem, the
easier it is to see the solution.
Don’t you just love it that everyone CAN know what we know?
I want to approach every new segment from inside the vortex…(Wouldn’t
it be nice if??)
It’s the process of creation that life is all about.
Line up energy, then take inspired action.
If your desire is strong enough it will override your belief.
The physical aspects of your body will respond to your intentionality.
You were born to find our own empowerment. And self-empowerment is
about focus.
There’s no getting around it: you’re either in alignment or you’re
not.
Your mood is your work. Just get in the vortex. (Esther walking around
singing “Girls Just Want to Have Fun”)
Healing is not a leading edge thought. (It’s all about the problem
rather than the solution.)
None of us will ever reach the place where there is not a higher, less
resistant energy to discover. (They included themselves in that.)
Abraham cruises are once-in-a-lifetime experiences that happen every
cruise.
Quantum leaps are not what they’re cracked up to be.
